Is there anyone else in the family or someone who is coming to the wedding who can drive around and pick up the food? Preferably someone with a minivan or larger vehicle? If not, you may have to hire a van or taxi to transport the food at the correct time. Is there a way to keep the food warm once it arrives?

Can you assign someone to do a food pick-up from everyone house and bring it to yours until the reception.

Coolers and ice seems the simplest solution!
Here in the USA EVERYONE has a few of them on hand.
