DIY Wedding Tall fower bouquets Decorations?

¿Creative ideas, or suggestions on how high the flower bouquets in a vase or something? Is not got no clue where to start and is ordered only if they think instead of doing? The need to be at least 25inches from the ground and be quite full. Thank you!
